Mermaid in Vortex
This is an original abstract acrylic pour painting on a 11" by 14" standard stretched canvas. The painting is mounted on a rustic wooden back. The painting background is black with white, gold and brown. This painting is truly unique in that when the fluid paint was moved around, the image of a woman appeared and it seems that she is reaching into a vortex of colors and movement. It was sealed with a clear gloss finish to protect the acrylic colors for years to come. The rustic board was finished with chalk paint and wax for protection. The pictures do not do the painting justice. The beauty of acrylic pour paintings is in the textures and movement of the paint to create one of a kind pieces of art.

The piece has mounting hardware so it is ready to hang. Care was taken to get photographs that show the artwork accurately, but please keep in mind that everyone's computer monitor or screen settings may not be the same.
